Ruby Glass

Ruby Glass of Red Rock, Oklahoma was born in Hominy, Oklahoma on April 5, 1927 and passed away on July 7, 2017 in Perry, Oklahoma. She lived and went to school in Sperry, Oklahoma.

She was married to Frank Glass of Red Rock on April 24, 1979 in Pawnee. They shared and celebrated their silver anniversary several months before she laid her beloved Frank to rest.

She enjoyed country living with a flair, appreciated nature and had a great love for little animals. Her interests were reading, homemaking and sewing. At one time she enjoyed working at Seam-proof and Komar.

Ruby is preceded in death by her husband, Frank; her parents; a son; one sister, Cora Lee Keller; two nephews and a great niece.

She is survived by one sister, Doris Epperson of Tulsa; seven nephews as well as one dearly loved niece and husband and many friends she considered family.

Ruby lived her life; she loved very deeply and will be loved and missed more that she will ever know.

There will be a graveside service celebrating Ruby’s life on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Ceres Cemetery near Red Rock. Viewing will be at the funeral home in Medford on Monday, 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
