John Peters

John Dyck Peters was born to Pete Peters and Helena Dyck Peters on October 25, 2002 in Garden City, Kansas and passed from this life on May 24, 2022 near Plains, Kansas.  John lived all of his life in rural Burlington, Oklahoma, except the last while, where he lived in rural Plains, Kansas.

He attended school in Burlington, Oklahoma.  John found contentment in working as a farm hand.  He loved spending time with his family and friends.  His good life was cut way to short.

His sister preceded him in death 14 years and 21 days before John.

Survivors include his parents, Pete and Helena Peters; his two brothers, Peter Peters and Henry Peters, and one sister, Tina Krahn.

Service for John will be at Renlaender Mennonite Church with Cornelio Neudorf officiating on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.  Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Hazelton with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Kiowa, Kansas.  www.lanmanmemorials.com   Facebook: Lanman Funeral Home Inc.
