Jeanette Bennett

The funeral service for Jeanette will be Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with burial to follow at Rosemound Cemetery. Jeanette was born to Ralph and Bertha Nollenberger on November 4, 1942 in Wichita, Kansas. She passed away January 22, 2025 while living in her home in Medford, Oklahoma.

Jeanette attended school at Gore, Oklahoma and later attended school in Medford, Oklahoma. In 1960 she graduated from Medford Public School. She later went on to get her License for Cosmetology. Jeanette married Robert Frisch on September 14, 1962 and to this union they had three sons and one daughter. On May 26th, 1972, Jeanette went on to marry Harmon Bennett and together they had a daughter.

Jeanette moved back to Medford in 1983. Shortly thereafter she opened her own beauty shop. Although, she had stopped taking new clients earlier on Jeanette completely retired from this in 2024. Jeanette also worked many years for the Grant County Election board as a poll worker. She stepped down from her position as Inspector in 2024. 

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Bertha Nollenberger of Medford, OK; her brother, David Nollenberger of Medford, OK and her grandson, Thor Anderson of Medford, OK. 

Jeanette is survived by children, David Bennett & Tammie Bennett (wife) Worth County Ga, Steve Bennett and Teresa Sanford Medford, OK, Mike Bennett Medford, OK, Donna Anderson Medford, OK and Pamela Willson and Charles Funk (Fiance) Medford, OK, James Bennett and Cathy Bennett; fifteen grandchildren, Tiffany, Kayla, Ashlie, Chris, Jennifer, Todd, Kira, Nicole, Ellysa, Kelsey, Conner, Tanner, Nayomie, Destiny, Gilbert and ten great-grandchildren, Drew, Joey, MaHaylah, Adalynns, Rubyanne, Sophie, Zoey, Anastasia, Ivy, Rebecca, Braidden and Abbigail.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church in Medford through the funeral home.
