David Forester Lovette

David Forester Lovette born October 7, 1958 passed away in his bed July 11, 2024 at the age of 65. David grew up in Wichita, Kansas, always drawing and creating illustrated stories. With gentle characters and sweet puppy Love themes. David had a lifelong passion for his first love, music, and often played his guitar no matter where he was.

David participated in County Police League baseball in the summer, along with swimming at the local pool in the summer along with Boy Scouts and Indian Guides in the winter. He always had a kindness and gentleness about him.

David is survived by his sister, Jacqueline Forester Lovette; partner, Stacy Brown, and cousins John Beaumont Forester and wife, Linda , Chad and Mallory and daughter, Randi, Mae Forester, Joel Forester, and soon to be wife, Emily Jones and girls, Mattie and Josey, Kimberly Forester Nickelson and husband, Mark and children, daughter, Alexa and Natalie Nickelson, John Nickelson and wife, Autumn, daughter, Oakley, and sons, John, Tex , and Dan Forester and Christine teacher, rock climber, daughter.

Funeral service for David will be Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 11:00 p.m. at Lanman Funeral Home Chapel in Kiowa. Viewing will be on Tuesday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
