Dale Zeman

Medford - Graveside service for Dale Zeman, 78, will be Friday, January 30, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery west and south of Medford with Rev. Bob Smith officiating.
Dale was born November 30, 1936 to Victor Zeman and Alice Bruey Zeman in Caldwell, Kansas. He grew up on the farm and attended Valley Center School through the eighth grade, then went to Medford High School where he graduated. He went on to attend college at Northern Oklahoma College, University of Central Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University. He graduated with a Master's Degree and taught elementary school in Wichita, Kansas and Anthony, Kansas. After this he took over the family farm. He was a member of the Valley Grange and the Jaycees.
He is survived by one brother, Duane Zeman of Altus.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, the Brueys and Zemans.
Memorials may be given to the Wakita CHC or charity of donor's choice through the funeral home.
