Charlene Stonecalf Aguilar, aged 40, passed away on October 3, 2024. Born on April 25, 1984, Charlene was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, who brought joy and warmth to all who knew her.
Charlene is survived by her loving husband, Ruben Dale Aguilar; her father-in-law, Mario Aguilar; and her devoted parents, Natalie Kim Whiteshield and Constatino and Gaynell Stonecalf, her beloved grandmother, Ruby A. Decorah. She shared her life with her siblings Anthony Stonecalf, John Epsinoza, Montana Stonecalf, Geneva Stonecalf, Sheena Stonecalf, Danna Stonecalf, Raquel Stonecalf, and Agatha L. Satepauhoodle. Her legacy continues through her cherished children: Princeton Stonecalf, Alisia Aguilar, Baelynn Aguilar, Bailey Aguilar, Ruben Jr. Aguilar and his wife Payton, Olivia Farrand and her husband Michael, and Mario Aguilar and Aliyah Alvarado. Charlene was also a proud grandmother to Elliot, Banjo, Mia, Oakley, and Mylah, whose lives she filled with love and laughter.
Charlene’s life was marked by her deep love for family. She treasured every moment spent with her husband and adored spending time with her children and grandbabies. Her joyful spirit was evident in the way she embraced life, whether chasing Bailey, down the hill or catching turtles at the pond. She found delight in activities that ranged from coloring and listening to music to cooking for her family. Charlene had a penchant for enjoying her twisted tea drinks while appreciating the beauty of the outdoors and nature.
She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Patricia Tartsah; her maternal grandfather, Randolph R. Whiteshield; her aunt, Pamela A. Whiteshield; her niece, NAH-VOON-NEY Stonecalf; and her paternal grandparents, Whitecow Lefthand and Gertrude Lefthand, as well as her aunt, Maria Voros Stonecalf, and her nephew, Julian Salgado.
Charlene's warmth and infectious joy will be profoundly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her visitation will be held on October 10, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.at Lanman Funeral Home in Helena, Oklahoma. The funeral service will take place on October 11, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Ringwood Baptist Church
