Medford-Rosary for Bernardine “Bernie” Ciskowski Frazier, 68, will be Friday, March 15, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Medford and Funeral Mass will be Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary with Father Carl William Janocha officiating. Viewing will be Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Bernie was born on September 8, 1944 in Enid to Willard Ciskowski and Ethel Taylor Ciskowski and passed from this life on March 12, 2013 in Enid. She married Dale D. Frazier on August 5, 1963 at St. Mary Catholic Church. They had four children, Donna, Bill, Debbie and J.C. Bernie was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Medford. She enjoyed decorating cakes and helping her mother with a catering business, which later was operated by Bernie. Bernie lived in this area her entire life.
She is survived by her husband, Dale of Medford; four children, Donna Frazier, Bill Frazier, Debbie Richter and husband, Kevin and J.C. Frazier and wife, Amy; two grandchildren, Alexander Frazier and Michael Frazier; one brother, Bill Ciskowski and wife, Evelyn.
Bernie was preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Ethel Ciskowski.
Memorials may be given to the Church Building Fund through the funeral home.
