Ringwood-Memorial service for Barbara Ruth Elaine Baggerman, 51, will be Monday, December 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Ringwood United Methodist Church with Rev. Terrill Parvin officiating.
Barbara was born on September 24, 1962 in Biloxi Mississippi to William Earnest Handley and Anita Ruth Davids Handley and passed from this life on November 27, 2013 in Enid. On December 18, 2003 she married Vernon Baggerman. Barbara sang and played the piano. She enjoyed putting jigsaw puzzles together, working crossword puzzles and reading. She was a member of Ringwood United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Vernon of Ringwood; her father, William E Handley of Enid and brother, David Handley of Enid.
Her mother preceded Barbara in death.
